playgomoku.app provides a free browser-based Gomoku board game. Features, game modes, and availability may change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, reverse engineer, or automate access in ways that harm the service
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

Gomoku as a board game is in the public domain. The playgomoku.app name, this implementation’s code, visual design, and site content are owned by playgomoku.app or its licensors. You may play the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content without permission.

Game progress — such as your win–loss record, streaks, and two-player tally — may be stored in your browser on your device. Clearing browser data can erase that progress. We are not responsible for lost local progress.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (for example, page views and gameplay-related events). This helps us improve playgomoku.app. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

The site and game are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, playgomoku.app and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the site or game.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
